The Client Getting System

The whole machine in one conversation: lead search, campaign, inbox, booked calls. Every step is a sentence you type into Claude.

The system at a glance
Six steps. Each one is a sentence typed into Claude, connected to LinkedIn through Reachium.
Define -> Find -> Write -> Launch -> Reply -> Book.
Run it once and it takes an afternoon. Run it weekly and it takes 30 minutes. The numbers from our own 30-day test are at the bottom, no cherry picking.
Step 1: Define (once)

Store this as my brand profile. My company: [what you do]. My ideal client: [title, industry, size, region]. My offer: [what you sell and the outcome]. My tone: [how you write]. Never claim: [anything you cannot prove].Everything downstream sounds generic without this. Two minutes, once.
Step 2: Find (and the part everyone gets wrong)

A great message to the wrong list gets ignored. An average message to the right list books calls. Targeting beats copy, every time.
Audit your current list. Check every box that is true:
Narrow: one title, one industry, one company size ("founders" is a spray, not a target)
Active: they posted or commented in the last 30 days
Triggered: something is happening (hiring, fundraising, a job change, a launch)
Clean: no competitors, no current clients, nobody already messaged
4 checked: your list is ready, your reply rate will come from your copy.
2-3 checked: fix the list before touching the message. This is your leak.
0-1 checked: your list IS the problem. A reply rate under 10 percent almost always lives here.
The prompts:
Search the database for [title] at [industry] companies with [size] employees in [region] who posted or commented in the last 30 days. Show me a sample of 10.The sample fits. Build me a lead list of 100. Exclude competitors, current clients, and anyone I have already messaged.
Step 3: Write

Draft a 3-step connection campaign for this list in my voice. Under 300 characters per message. Message 1 is a real observation, message 2 adds value, no pitch until message 3. Show me everything before anything sends.Edit until it sounds like you on a good day. "Message 2 sounds stiff, rewrite it like I would text a colleague." Then approve.
Step 4: Launch

Activate the campaign at 25 connection requests a day.Run an A/B test on message 1: version A opens with their recent post, version B opens with a question about their role. Tell me the winner after 200 sends.Step 5: Reply (where deals actually happen)

Go through my inbox and show me the replies where someone asked a question, mentioned pricing, or sounds interested. Draft a suggested reply for each. You answer the interested ones personally, every day. Ten minutes. This is the one step a human should never fully hand off.
Step 6: Book

For everyone who replied with interest, draft a short reply that offers my calendar link. For everyone else who accepted but went quiet, queue a light follow-up in 3 weeks. The 30-day proof

We ran this exact system for 30 days. The setup: 25 connection requests a day, investment bankers as the ICP, 3-step sequence. The only change was who did the work: before, every message was written by hand in stolen hours; after, Claude drafted everything and the human reviewed 10 minutes a day.
-> Connection acceptance: 14 percent to 23 percent
-> Reply rate: 18 percent to 29 percent
-> Calls booked: 86, versus 18 the month before
-> Time spent: the same 20 hours
The honest read: the work took the same time. The same 20 hours produced roughly 5x the output, because the hours moved from drafting to reviewing and talking to buyers.
Your turn, the napkin math:
[your sends per day] x 22 days x [your acceptance %] = connections/month
connections x [your reply %] = conversations/month
conversations x [your booking %] = calls/monthConsistency beats cleverness. Your best messages were never the problem. The weeks you sent nothing were the problem. The machine does not have off weeks.
The weekly 30-minute routine
"Summarize last week: sends, acceptance, replies, calls booked" (5 min)
Review the topped-up lead list against the 4-filter audit (5 min)
Review and approve this week's drafted messages (10 min)
Clear the flagged inbox conversations (10 min)
Daily on top: the 10-minute reply check. That is the entire job.
When a human takes over
Pricing, timing, or a real problem mentioned: you reply personally, same day. Pushback or sharpness: you, not the system. Anyone in your existing network: handle it like the relationship it is.
