⭐️ 1M+ impressions and 36,000 comments last month from funnels like this one ⭐️

You are inside this funnel right now

You commented a word on a LinkedIn post. A DM showed up with this document. Nobody typed that DM.

That is the whole product, demonstrated. Now here is how to build yours.

The chain

d7-04-the-chain-comment-thread.png

Post -> comment -> DM -> document -> booked call.

-> Your post offers a resource and asks for one keyword comment

-> Someone comments it

-> The system spots the comment, accepts their pending connection request if there is one, and DMs the resource

-> The resource is free and ungated; the ask (your booking link) lives inside it, after the value

-> You wake up to warm conversations instead of cold ones

No forms. No email gate. No "link in bio." And every commenter becomes a first-degree connection.

The post structure

Hook: the promise in under 3 lines.

Body: prove you can deliver it. Show a few real pieces of the resource.

The contents list: numbered specifics of what is inside. Numbered specifics beat adjectives.

One CTA, always this shape: Comment "KEYWORD" and I will send it over.

Nothing after the CTA. One post, one promise, one ask. Never "DM me": DMs do not trigger anything, only comments are watched.

The keyword rules (get these wrong and nothing fires)

-> One word, ALL CAPS in the post, tied to the resource: PLAYBOOK, SYSTEM, CHECKLIST.

-> Matching is case-insensitive and matches substrings. Never pick a word that hides inside other words. "AI" fires on "wait" and "email". "SEND" fires on half of all comments. "LIST" fires on "listen" and "checklist".

-> Never reuse a keyword across posts running in the same period.

-> Short and fast to type. Your commenters are on their phones.

Build it in three steps

d7-01-step1-document-editor.png

Step 1: Make the document first. Free, ungated, and it delivers EXACTLY what the post promised, item for item. Overdeliver after, never instead. Bait-and-switch kills your next funnel's comment rate, because your audience remembers.

Step 2: Wire it before the post publishes. Document + unpublished post + keyword, linked as one campaign. The funnel arms when the post goes live. Publish first and the wiring can never catch up.

Step 3: Publish, then be online for the first hour to reply to comments. The resource lands in DMs by itself.

Where funnels leak: score yours

Check every box that is true for your last funnel (skip if this is your first):

The post got comments but some keyword commenters never got the resource

Lots of comments, but few connection acceptances

Lots of deliveries, but nobody booked

The comments section had off-topic keyword triggers

The post got reach but few keyword comments

The diagnosis, box by box: never-delivered means a wiring problem, check the keyword matches the post exactly. Low acceptance means a cold audience, warm it with value posts before the next funnel. Deliveries without bookings means the DOCUMENT is the problem, not the post: thin resource or a buried ask. Off-topic triggers mean your keyword hides inside common words. Reach without comments means the offer was not worth typing a word for: sharpen the promise and the contents list.

The part almost nobody notices

The funnel never spends a connection invite. It accepts the commenter's own pending request, so a running funnel quietly builds a pool of warm first-degree connections at zero invite cost.

Weeks later, that pool is a retargeting audience: message-only campaigns, no invites needed, to people who already raised their hand once. Posts end. The audience compounds. That is the real product of this playbook, and it is the part your competitors' funnels are not building.

Your first funnel this week

Pick ONE outcome your audience wants and write the resource (a checklist or playbook beats an ebook)

Write the hook post: promise, proof, numbered contents, one keyword CTA

Pick a substring-safe keyword

Wire document + post + keyword BEFORE publishing

Publish, reply to every comment in hour one

Watch deliveries and bookings, then run the leak audit above

Want your first funnel built with you?

You just watched this system work on you. Point it at your audience.
